# How to Control Meetings Display

Switch between List and Calendar, filter by date, group and sort, save custom views, and favourite key calls.

## Overview
The Meetings section in Breakcold gives you several ways to control exactly what you see and how it's organised. You can toggle between a list and a calendar layout, filter by upcoming or past meetings, group by status or platform, apply date filters, and save custom views for recurring workflows.

* **Upcoming / Past tabs** — quickly switch between future and completed meetings
* **Sort & Group** — organise by status, platform, date, or recording status
* **Filters** — narrow by date range, people, company, or deal
* **Saved Views** — create and switch between named meeting views
* **Favourites** — star key meetings for fast retrieval

## List View vs Calendar View
At the top of the Meetings page, two icons let you switch between **List** and **Calendar** view.
1. Click the **list icon** (☰) to see all meetings in a scrollable list, grouped by date with thumbnails, participants, recording status, and date.
2. Click the **calendar icon** (📅) to switch to a full calendar layout showing your meetings as scheduled events.
3. In Calendar view, use the **Day / Week / Month / Year** buttons in the top right to change the calendar granularity. Click **Today** to jump back to the current date.

Calendar view in Week mode — see all your meetings laid out as scheduled events across the week.
| Tip — Use Calendar view to spot scheduling gaps and busy periods at a glance. Switch to List view when you need to quickly find a specific recording by name or date.
## Upcoming vs Past
The **Upcoming** and **Past** tabs at the top right of the Meetings page let you instantly toggle between meetings that haven't happened yet and those that are already recorded or completed.
1. Click **Upcoming** to see future calendar events — meetings your bot is scheduled to join.
2. Click **Past** to see all completed meetings with their recordings, participants, and timestamps.
The Past tab shows all completed meetings — sorted by date with recording status visible for each.
## Sort & Group
Click the **Sorted by Date** button at the top right to open the sort and grouping panel. These settings let you reorganise the meeting list to match your workflow.
1. Click **Sorted by Date** at the top right of the meetings list to open the display options panel.
2. Under **Group by**, choose how to cluster your meetings:
* **No grouping** — flat chronological list
* **Status** — group by recording status (Recorded, Not recorded)
* **Platform** — group by the conferencing tool (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, etc.)
3. Under **Sort by**, choose the ordering field — **Date** or **Recording** — then pick **Ascending** or **Descending**.
Group by Status or Platform to organise your meeting list — then sort ascending or descending by date or recording status.
## Filters
Click the **Filter** button to narrow your meetings list by specific criteria. Filters can be stacked together for precise searches.
1. Click the **Filter** button at the top left of the Meetings page.
2. Choose a filter field:
* **Status** — filter by recording status
* **Meeting date** — filter with operators: *is*, *is before*, *is after*, and more
* **People** — filter by participant name or record
* **Company** — filter by the company linked to the meeting
* **Deal** — filter by an associated deal
3. Set your condition and click **Save** to apply the filter. The list updates in real time.
Filter by meeting date, status, linked people, company, or deal — operators like "is before" and "is after" make date ranges easy.

| Note — Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously. Each added filter narrows the list further — useful for finding meetings with a specific contact from a specific company in a specific date range.
## Saved Views
Instead of re-applying the same filters each time, save your filter and sort configuration as a named **View**. Breakcold includes a built-in **Next 7 days** view and a **Favorites** view out of the box.
1. Set up your filters and sort options as desired.
2. Click the **All Meetings** dropdown (or your current view name) at the top of the list to open the views panel.
3. Click **Create new view** to save your current configuration as a named view. It will appear in the list alongside *All Meetings*, *Next 7 days*, and *Favorites*.
4. Click any saved view to switch to it instantly — all its filters and settings load automatically.
Saved views appear in the dropdown — switch between All Meetings, Next 7 days, Favorites, or any custom view in one click.
The "Next 7 days" view filters the meeting list to only what's coming up this week — a clean, focused view.
| Tip — Create a saved view for each recurring use case — e.g. "This Month's Demos", "Unrecorded Calls", or "Prospect Meetings" — and switch between them without reconfiguring filters each time.
## Favouriting Meetings
Star any meeting to add it to your **Favorites** view for quick retrieval later. This is useful for key calls you want to reference repeatedly — important demos, renewal conversations, or meetings with coaching value.
1. Hover over any meeting row in the list to reveal the **star icon** on the right side.
2. Click the star to favourite the meeting. It is immediately added to the **Favorites** saved view.
3. Switch to the **Favorites** view from the view selector to see all your starred meetings in one place.
The Favorites view collects all your starred meetings — bookmark key calls and find them instantly without searching.
