What Is a Unique Identifier?

A unique identifier is a field whose value must be different across every record in an object. When a field is marked as unique, Breakcold will block the creation of any new record that has the same value in that field as an existing one.

This is useful for fields that naturally identify a record — like a company website, a LinkedIn URL, an email address, or a record name. Step 1 — Open the Field Settings

Step 1 — Go to the Deals Page

Step 1 — Go to the Accounts Page

In the left sidebar, click Accounts under the Workspace section.
Scroll down to the Social Channels section. You will see three options: LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Click + Connect under LinkedIn. Click "+ Connect" under LinkedIn in the Social Channels section.

Before signing in, choose whether to keep the account private or share it with your team.

Overview

Breakcold regularly ships new features, improvements, and bug fixes. You can view a full changelog of all recent product updates directly from within the app using the "What's New" panel. This panel lists every release with its version number, date, and detailed description of what changed.

How to Open the Product Updates

Click on your name at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
In the menu that appears, click Product Updates. Click your name at the bottom-left, then select "Product Updates" from the menu.
The "What's New" panel will open as a scrollable modal, showing the latest updates at the top.

Reading the Changelog

Each entry in the changelog includes:

The release date
A title summarizing the update

Overview

Connecting your email account lets you send and receive emails directly from Breakcold. You can also sync your calendar for scheduling and reminders. Breakcold supports three email providers:

Google (Gmail, Google Workspace)
Outlook (Microsoft 365, Outlook.com)
IMAP (any other email provider)

Step 1 — Choose Your Provider

In the left sidebar, click Accounts under the Workspace section.
In the Email & Calendar Syncing section, you will see the message "No email account connected." Click on your email provider: Google, Outlook, or IMAP. Choose your email provider — Google, Outlook, or IMAP — to get started.

Step 2 — History Import

After selecting your provider, the History Import dialog appears.

Choose how much message history to import using the dropdown. You can select to import recent history or choose "Don't import history" if you want to start fresh.
Click Next to continue. Choose how much email history to import — or select "Don't import history" to start fresh.

Step 3 — Sync Options

Next, choose what to sync from your email account.

Select which features to enable:
