Tip — Use Calendar view to spot scheduling gaps and busy periods at a glance. Switch to List view when you need to quickly find a specific recording by name or date.Upcoming vs Past
The Upcoming and Past tabs at the top right of the Meetings page let you instantly toggle between meetings that haven't happened yet and those that are already recorded or completed.
- Click Upcoming to see future calendar events — meetings your bot is scheduled to join.
- Click Past to see all completed meetings with their recordings, participants, and timestamps.
The Past tab shows all completed meetings — sorted by date with recording status visible for each.

Saved Views
Instead of re-applying the same filters each time, save your filter and sort configuration as a named View. Breakcold includes a built-in Next 7 days view and a Favorites view out of the box.
- Set up your filters and sort options as desired.
- Click the All Meetings dropdown (or your current view name) at the top of the list to open the views panel.
- Click Create new view to save your current configuration as a named view. It will appear in the list alongside All Meetings, Next 7 days, and Favorites.
- Click any saved view to switch to it instantly — all its filters and settings load automatically.
Saved views appear in the dropdown — switch between All Meetings, Next 7 days, Favorites, or any custom view in one click.
The "Next 7 days" view filters the meeting list to only what's coming up this week — a clean, focused view.
Favouriting Meetings
Star any meeting to add it to your Favorites view for quick retrieval later. This is useful for key calls you want to reference repeatedly — important demos, renewal conversations, or meetings with coaching value.
- Hover over any meeting row in the list to reveal the star icon on the right side.
- Click the star to favourite the meeting. It is immediately added to the Favorites saved view.
- Switch to the Favorites view from the view selector to see all your starred meetings in one place.
The Favorites view collects all your starred meetings — bookmark key calls and find them instantly without searching.
