How To Add More Seats, Accounts or Workspaces + Costs

Step 1 — Go to BillingProrated billing — When you add resources mid-cycle, Breakcold charges only the prorated amount for the remaining days. Your next full billing cycle reflects the new total.


  1. In the left sidebar, scroll to the Organization section and click Billing.
  2. You'll see your Current Plan status and a Resource Limits section showing your current usage vs. your limits for Accounts, Seats, and Workspaces.
  3. Click + Add More under whichever resource you want to increase. All three open the same Update Plan modal.

Step 2 — Customize Your Quantities

The Update Plan modal lets you set the exact quantity for each resource independently using the – and + buttons, or by typing a number directly.

  1. Adjust Accounts — the default is 2. Each additional account costs $10/month.
  2. Adjust Seats — the default is 1. Each additional seat costs $10/month.
  3. Adjust Workspaces — the default is 1. Each additional workspace costs $5/month.
  4. The Total due today and Due next cycle amounts update in real time as you adjust quantities.


The Update Plan modal — use + / – to set quantities for each resource. Pricing updates live as you adjust.

Tip — You can reduce quantities below the defaults too. Breakcold will calculate a prorated credit that is applied to your next invoice.

Adjusting quantities — the "Total due today" shows a prorated credit or charge, and "Due next cycle" reflects the new monthly total.
Further reducing quantities — Breakcold recalculates instantly. You only ever pay for what you actually need.

Step 3 — Confirm the Change

  1. Review the Total due today (prorated charge or credit) and the Due next cycle amount.
  2. Click Confirm. The new resources are available immediately — no restart or waiting period.
Note — Reducing seats below the number of active team members, or accounts below the number connected, may cause access issues. Remove team members or disconnect accounts first before lowering these limits.

What is a "Seat"?
A seat is a team member login. Each person who needs access to your Breakcold workspace requires one seat. Your base plan includes 1 seat.
What is an "Account"?
An account is a connected inbox or profile used for outreach — this includes email, LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp accounts. Your base plan includes 2 accounts. Add more if you need to connect additional inboxes or profiles.
What is a "Workspace"?
A workspace is a fully separate CRM environment — useful for managing multiple brands, clients, or teams independently. Your base plan includes 1 workspace.
Will I be charged immediately when I add more?
Yes, but only the prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your next invoice will reflect the full new monthly total.
Can I scale back down later?
Yes. Open the Update Plan modal at any time, reduce the quantity, and confirm. A prorated credit will be applied to your next invoice.
Where can I see my current usage?
On the Billing page under Resource Limits — it shows your current usage vs. your purchased limit for each resource (e.g. 0 / 2 accounts).
