How to Change My Workspace Settings (Name, Currency, etc)

Manage your workspace logo, name, default currency, and more from the General Settings page.


Overview

The General Settings page lets you configure workspace-level preferences that apply to everyone in your team. From here you can:

  • Upload or remove your workspace logo
  • Change your workspace name
  • Set the default currency used across deals and records
  • Access the danger zone to delete the workspace

How to Access Workspace Settings

  1. In the left sidebar, look under the Workspace section.
  2. Click General to open the General Settings page. You will also see other workspace sections like AccountsMembers, and Meetings in the same sidebar area.

Note — Only users with the Admin role can modify workspace settings. Viewers and Managers have read-only access to this page.

General Settings Page Overview

The General Settings page displays three main settings and a danger zone at the bottom.

  1. On the General Settings page, locate the Workspace Logo section at the top.
  2. Click on the current logo image to upload a new one. A file picker will open so you can select an image from your computer.
  3. To remove the current logo, click the Remove Logo button.
Change Your Workspace NameTip — The workspace logo is displayed in the top-left corner of the sidebar, so pick a clear image that represents your team or company.


  1. On the General Settings page, find the Workspace Name field.
  2. Click on the name field and type your new workspace name. The change saves automatically.

Click the Workspace Name field to edit it — the name updates instantly across the app.

Note — The workspace name is displayed throughout the application, including in the sidebar header. All team members will see the updated name.

Change the Default Currency

  1. On the General Settings page, find the Default Currency dropdown.
  2. Click the dropdown to open it. You can use the search bar at the top to quickly find a specific currency.

  1. Scroll through the list or search to find your currency. The list includes a wide range of international currencies.

Scroll down to find additional currencies — dozens of options are available from around the world.

  1. Click on your preferred currency to select it. The change applies to all currency fields in your workspace.
Tip — The default currency is used for all deal values and currency-related custom fields in your workspace. Choose the currency your business primarily operates in.

Danger Zone — Delete Workspace

At the bottom of the General Settings page, you will find the Danger zone section with a Delete Workspace button.

Warning — Deleting a workspace is a permanent and irreversible action. It will permanently delete the workspace and all its data, including contacts, deals, and records. Make sure you are absolutely certain before proceeding.
